# What You Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
02 - 8 slices bacon

04 - 4 hamburger buns
05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 large tomato, sliced
07 - 4 lettuce leaves

08 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
09 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How-To:

01 - Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high temperature.
02 - Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix gently until just combined.
03 - Shape mixture into 4 equal patties slightly larger than the buns.
04 - Cook bacon slices on grill until crispy, about 5-7 minutes; drain on paper towels.
05 - Grill patties 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness; during last minute, brush with BBQ sauce and top each with cheddar slice; close lid to melt cheese.
06 - Toast hamburger buns cut side down on grill for 1–2 minutes until golden.
07 - Spread BBQ sauce on bottom bun, layer lettuce, tomato, patty, two bacon slices, red onion, and pickles if desired; top with bun lid.
08 - Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
