# How-To:
01 - Gently rinse all berries under cold water and pat dry using paper towels.
02 - Hull and halve the strawberries to create even-sized pieces.
03 - Thread the assorted berries onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating varieties and inserting a fresh mint leaf between several berries for added freshness.
04 - Place the completed skewers neatly on a serving platter.
05 - If desired, lightly drizzle honey or maple syrup over the skewers and sprinkle with lemon zest just before serving.
