01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add dried butterfly pea flowers. Steep for 5 minutes, allowing the water to turn deep blue. Strain the infusion using a fine mesh strainer and set aside to cool.
02 - In a pitcher, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Add 2 cups cold water to the pitcher and stir to combine.
04 - Fill each glass with ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices.
05 - Divide the cooled butterfly pea flower infusion evenly among the prepared glasses.
