# How-To:
01 - Place the round cheese wheel in the center of a large serving board as the body.
02 - Slice the red bell pepper in half, remove seeds, and cut into two large curved pieces. Position them atop the cheese slightly parted to mimic wings.
03 - Cut a thick round slice from the cucumber and place at the top of the cheese wheel. Add a black olive on top to represent the nose.
