# How-To:

01 - Cook the potstickers and edamame as directed. Thinly slice vegetables and fruits. Cut nori sheet into small circles for dragon facial features.
02 - Place the lettuce leaves in a curving line on a large serving platter to form the dragon's body.
03 - Layer the BBQ pork slices, cooked shrimp, and potstickers along the lettuce to mimic the dragon's scales.
04 - Use sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, mango, and dragon fruit to add vibrant accents and define the dragon's body and tail.
05 - Form the dragon’s head using edamame, mango, and dragon fruit. Apply nori circles for eyes and black olives or grapes for nostrils. Use chives or green onions to create whiskers.
