# What You Need:

01 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
02 - 7 oz Brie cheese with rind, sliced

03 - 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
04 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
05 - 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs

06 - 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
07 - 1 tbsp honey
08 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# How-To:
01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll thawed puff pastry and cut an 8-inch circle. Then cut a 4-inch circle from the center, forming a wreath shape.
03 - Distribute Brie slices evenly on the pastry wreath base, leaving a small border around the edge.
04 - Sprinkle half of the pomegranate seeds and all chopped nuts, if using, over the Brie.
05 - Fold pastry edges over the filling and gently pinch to seal. Brush the pastry surface with beaten egg.
06 - Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry turns golden brown and puffs.
07 - Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, season with black pepper, then cool briefly.
08 - Top the wreath with remaining pomegranate seeds, parsley leaves, and rosemary sprigs. Serve warm or at room temperature.
