# How-To:

01 - Fold each salami slice in half and layer them overlapping around the rim of a small shot glass or wine glass. Invert the glass onto the serving board and gently lift to reveal the rose shape.
02 - Place the brie slices and cheddar cubes beside the salami rose on the board.
03 - Distribute seedless grapes and halved strawberries attractively around the board.
04 - Fill empty spaces with roasted almonds, a dollop of fig jam or honey, and optionally gluten-free crackers.
