# What You Need:

→ Chocolate

01 - 10.5 oz high-quality dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa), chopped

02 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
03 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, adjust to taste
04 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional for extra heat
05 - 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

→ Toppings

06 - 1 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
07 - 1 oz dried cranberries, chopped
08 - 0.7 oz cacao nibs, optional

# How-To:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Gently melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, melt in microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between bursts.
03 - Remove chocolate from heat and stir in cinnamon, chili powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly blended.
04 - Pour melted chocolate onto prepared sheet and spread to an even rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Sprinkle pistachios, cranberries, cacao nibs if using, and sea salt evenly over chocolate surface.
06 - Press toppings gently into the chocolate using the back of a spoon to ensure adhesion.
07 - Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes until set completely.
08 - Break into 12 pieces and store in an airtight container at cool room temperature or refrigerated.
