Crispy grilled sandwiches filled with creamy broccoli and sharp cheddar, made quick and easy.

# What You Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
07 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Sandwich

08 - 4 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or softened butter for spreading

# How-To:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and broccoli; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat and cool slightly.
03 - In a bowl, mix sautéed broccoli with cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
04 - Lay out bread slices and spread mayonnaise or softened butter on one side of each slice. Evenly divide the broccoli-cheddar mixture onto the unbuttered side of two slices. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out, to form sandwiches.
05 - Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary. Air fry at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Allow sandwiches to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
