Quick Christmas Smores Bark (Printable)

# What You Need:

01 - 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 3.5 oz milk chocolate, chopped

03 - 6 full graham crackers, broken into small pieces
04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/2 cup red and green M&Ms or holiday sprinkles
06 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

# How-To:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet and milk chocolates in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth; alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to approximately 1/4 inch thickness using a spatula.
04 - Immediately scatter broken graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate, gently pressing them to adhere.
05 - Sprinkle red and green M&Ms or holiday sprinkles evenly across the surface.
06 - If desired, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the bark for decorative effect.
07 - Refrigerate the bark for at least 30 minutes until completely firm.
08 - Break the set bark into pieces and serve immediately.
