# How-To:
01 - Pat steak cubes dry using paper towels, then season evenly with kosher salt and black pepper.
02 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over high heat until shimmering.
03 - Place steak cubes in a single layer; sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil.
