A crunchy, layered sweet treat combining butterscotch, pretzels, chocolate, and coconut in a fun tower.
# What You Need:
→ Base Layer
01 - 2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
02 - 1 cup butterscotch chips
03 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
→ Middle Layer
04 - 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into thirds
05 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
→ Top Layer
07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
08 - 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
09 - 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
# How-To:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Add chow mein noodles to the butterscotch blend and fold gently to coat. Drop generous spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet to create the base. Let set for 5 minutes.
04 - Melt semisweet chocolate chips in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir in pretzel sticks and mini marshmallows gently. Spoon smaller mounds atop each base, then let set for another 5 minutes.
05 - Melt white chocolate chips in a clean bowl. Mix in toasted coconut and chopped peanuts. Spoon a small dollop onto each candy tower to finish.
06 - Allow towers to firm at room temperature or chill for 15 minutes. Present stacked on a platter for an impressive display.
