# How-To:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 8 portions and shape each into a small patty.
- Arrange patties on the baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While patties bake, stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill or parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Lightly toast the slider buns if preferred.
- Spread a spoonful of yogurt sauce on the bottom half of each bun, add a chicken patty, then layer with tomato, cucumber, baby spinach or lettuce, and red onion slices. Add more sauce if desired, then cover with the top bun.
- Serve the sliders immediately for best flavor and texture.
