# What You Need:
→ Nuts
01 - 2 cups raw cashews
02 - 1 cup raw almonds
03 - 1 cup raw pecans
→ Glaze
04 - 1/3 cup honey
05 - 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
→ Finishing
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
10 - Flaky salt, for sprinkling
# How-To:
01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place cashews, almonds, and pecans in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
03 - Whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, melted unsalted butter, sea salt, and smoked paprika in a separate small bowl until smooth.
04 - Pour the glaze over the mixed nuts and toss thoroughly until all nuts are evenly coated.
05 - Spread the glazed nuts evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until nuts turn golden brown and the glaze becomes sticky.
07 - Remove nuts from the oven and immediately sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and a light dusting of flaky salt.
08 - Allow nuts to cool completely on the baking sheet; glaze will harden as they cool. Break apart any clusters and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
