12 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
13 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
14 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
15 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

# How-To:

01 - Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, egg, scallions, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly until uniform.
02 - In a shallow dish, blend panko breadcrumbs, plain breadcrumbs, dried parsley, and cayenne pepper until evenly distributed.
03 - Using approximately 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture, shape into small oval croquettes and repeat until all mixture is used.
04 - Roll each croquette in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure coating adheres evenly.
05 - Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange croquettes in a single layer in the air fryer basket; lightly spray with olive oil and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
