- Honey: 100 g honeycomb 80 ml floral honey (e.g., acacia or lavender)
- Accompaniments: 1 small bunch of red or green grapes 1 small handful of dried apricots 1 small handful of walnuts or almonds 1 pear, sliced 1 apple, sliced 1 baguette, sliced Crackers or crispbread, as desired
- Garnish (optional): Edible flowers Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Arrange the cheeses on a large serving board or platter, spacing them apart for easy access.
- Step 2:
- Place the honeycomb in a small bowl or directly on the board. Pour the floral honey into a small jar or bowl with a honey dipper.
- Step 3:
